Fall is approaching fast! This means cooler weather, the leaves changing colors, and lots of pumpkin spice lattes! It’s important to remember that as the seasons change so does our skin. From the hot summer weather to the freezing winters, it can be hard to determine what we need to do in order to keep our skin healthy. Today, I’m sharing 5 ways to keep your skin healthy throughout the seasons.
1. Use a Gentle Cleanser
Finding a cleanser that is gentle enough to use daily is an important part of keeping your skin healthy. I have super sensitive skin, so finding a skincare brand that I can trust is no easy feat.
A few years ago, after having various skin issues, my dermatologist recommended that I use Cetaphil® Gentle Skin Cleanser. 2. Never Sleep With Makeup On

Getting a humidifier has made all the difference for me. Not only does it help with my seasonal allergies, but I wake up to healthier and hydrated skin.
5. Get at Least 8 Hours of Sleep
There’s no way around it, getting enough sleep is key to having beautiful skin all year round. Getting the proper amount of sleep allows your skin to rest and regenerate. Being constantly sleep deprived can cause stress on your skin and existing skin conditions to worsen. This is why it is important to get used to sleeping on a consistent sleep cycle.
