Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! This means it’s time to start thinking of ways we can show our friends and family that they are loved. I absolutely love putting together personalized treats for V-Day. This year I decided to make some fun DIY conversation heart cookies to spread the love. These cookies are super easy to make and are sure to put a smile on your loved one’s face!

DIY Conversation Heart Cookies

Materials:

-Fondant

-Cookie Dough

-Letter Stamps

-Food Coloring

-Cookie Cutter

Step 1: Take the fondant and evenly roll it out using a rolling pin. After this, take a heart-shaped cookie cutter and cut the fondant into heart shapes.

Step 2: Bake some heart-shaped sugar cookies. You can either use your favorite recipe or buy pre-made dough from your local supermarket.  Place the fondant on top of each cookie.

Step 3: Using food coloring as ink, stamp on your favorite Valentine’s Day words and phrases onto each cookie.

Step 4: Rubber band your stamps together to make stamping even easier!

Step 5: It’s time to package your cookies! I can always count on American Greetings for the cutest wrapping materials! This year I decided to use some heart tissue paper, stickers, and a bright red bag!

Step 6: Don’t forget to include a card! Cards are the best way to express how you feel this Valentine’s Day. I love how American Greetings cards at Walmart has a large variety to choose from. I can always find one that helps me say exactly what I want to say to my loved ones.
