Now that summer is coming to an end and all the kids are back in school, it leaves us with more time to get our homes organized! What better way to start than with this DIY crate shelves bathroom organizer? This shelving unit is super easy to put together and you can customize it anyway you want to fit your own bathroom. It’s the perfect way to give your bathroom space a chic and fresh look, without breaking your wallet.
Step 1: Take your unfinished wooden crates and add a fresh coat of white paint to them. Feel free to play around with different colors or even mix it up with leaving a few unpainted. After the paint has dried, begin stacking them to create your shelves. You can add as many or as little crates as needed to fit your bathroom. If you are creating a higher stack, then be sure to reinforce them by mounting them to the wall.
Step 2: Start placing all of your bathroom essentials on your shelves. I added a few wicker baskets from Target to help keep smaller items organized. Some of my bathroom essentials include: fresh towels, cotton swabs, soap, and toilet paper!
Running out of toilet paper can be a big pain in the butt (literally). I love the fact that Quilted Northern® rolls are designed to give you more with 4x the sheets! This means you don’t have to keep remembering to refill the roll.
