Gold Glitter Ornaments

My how time flies! Thanksgiving is just a couple days away, which means we get to relax and fill ourselves with yummy food! A couple weeks ago I did a post on some gold glitter Thanksgiving tags (see it here). Well, today we’re going to bring a little bit of gold sparkle onto your Christmas tree, so get excited! I’m really loving the white and gold Christmas look this year. Maybe it’s due to the fact that I keep seeing a bunch of white and gold decor everywhere!  These gold glitter ornaments are dreamy and super easy to make. It’s the perfect project to do with your family while you listen to some Christmas music and sip on some delicious hot cocoa!

STEP 1: Cut off a piece of painter’s tape and place it diagonally on your ornament. In order to get a nice clean line, make sure there are no air bubbles.

STEP 2: Using a paint brush, apply mod podge all over the bottom half of your ornament. After this, pour some gold glitter over and shake off the excess.

STEP 3: Wait about 15 minutes for everything to dry, then peel off the tape.

STEP 4: Take your stamp set and stamp on your holiday quote or phrase. After this your ornaments are complete and ready to add some sparkle to your tree!

Hope you guys enjoyed this post and have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Let’s take some time to rest and remember all the wonderful blessings we have in our lives.
